Beginning Tuesday, January 12th, our Buddy Bag families will have an opportunity to utilize our new Household Pantry in the warehouse at 550 East Burrell Drive (use east entrance next to loading dock). Here we offer items that are necessary, but cannot be purchased with Food Stamps. Hours of operations will be Tuesdays from 9:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. and Saturdays from 9:00 a.m. until Noon.
Items we are collecting are: Toilet paper, paper towels, feminine hygiene items, deodorant, hand sanitizer, diapers, baby wipes, all purpose cleaner, dish soap, laundry detergent pods, fabric softener sheets, body lotion, shampoo, adult diapers, toothpaste, toothbrushes and razors.
Collection boxes for items we are offering are in area businesses, including Cafe Fresco, Miller Allstate Insurance/Nicole Thomas Salon and the Crown Point First United Methodist Church. Other locations will be added.
